Thank you for shopping with Velora Living.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volumes, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


Delivery Timeframes

Velora Living currently delivers throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Courier Service

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • High shipping volumes

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Velora Living shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel where required, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products passes to the customer upon full payment.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, customers must notify Velora Living within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Claims may require photographs, supporting documentation, and cooperation with any courier investigation.

Velora Living reserves the right to investigate all claims before issuing any replacement, refund, or other remedy.


Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
